CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY LOS ANGELES - INTIMATE THEATRE

Description:
Designed by architectural firm Jefferey Kalban and Associates of Los Angeles. The design features a structural steel frame system that supports a cantilevered entry and a masonry veneer cladding that seats 300 people.

Description:
Project consisted of a new soccer, football, and baseball facility, new parking lots, and a utility infrastructure for a 3,000 seat future stadium.

ST. RAPHAEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Description:
SHEA PROPERTIES has graciously donated $1.7 million to build a learning facility on the existing campus of St. Raphael elementary School. This facility is a 12,000 square foot building that will be used for grades K-4.
