Description:
A new ground-up, multi purpose building for the Regional Parks District Headquarters. The facility was designed to accommodate city planning events, city council meetings, and community functions.

FOOTHILL TRANSIT
Location: West Covina, CA
Description:
Project was a 36,000 square foot, 6 story complete remodel to Foothill Transits headquarters. The project included an upgrade to the electrical system, the installation of fire sprinkler system, installed a complete new HVAC system, and performed high-end tenant improvements.

PROTOTYPES WOMEN'S CENTER
Location: Pomona, CA
Description:
A new 12,000-sq ft outpatient and residence facility on a 3-acre site for a major nonprofit organization.

SALESIAN YOUTH CENTER AND GYMNASIUM
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description:
Gymnasium and youth center for the Salesian Catholic Order. Project features a skylight space frame roof system over the gymnasium.

HUMAN OPTIONS SAFEHOUSE
Location: Irvine, CA
Description:
Project Management for the construction of an 11-unit condominium development for an abused shelter for women and children of Orange County. Consisted of offices and living quarters of approximately 12,000 sq. ft.
