Construction Group Awarded SUPER TARGET Store In North Murrieta, CA.

Construction Group has been awarded the contract with TARGET CORPORATION for new $12M ground up retail store in North Murrieta, CA. Construction is to begin in 2008 under the Project Management of Sean Allaway and Superintendent Steve Cordova. This project will be the company's 4th TARGET store awarded. Previous TARGET stores completed are located in Hemet, Paso Robles, and San Dimas California.

Construction Group Creates New Business Relationship With Forest City Development-A Nation Wide Developer.

Construction Group was recently awarded a multi-million dollar project in Yuma, Arizona from Forest City Development, a nation wide land developer that has interests in retail centers, apartment communities, office buildings, and hotels across the United States. The project began in February 2008.

Construction Group Completed State of California Department Of Mental Health Central Warehouse In Coalinga, California.

Construction Group completed a 36,000 square foot fully equipped $3M central warehouse for the State Department of Mental Health.The warehouse is part of a 1,200,000 square foot Hospital complex. Photographs of this project may be viewed under our Completed Projects link under Industrial.

Construction Group Completed Intimate Theatre For California State University Los Angeles.

Construction Group completed a 250 seat venue that is part of the University's Luckman Fine Arts Complex. This $2.5M project was designed by the architectual firm Jefferey Kalban and Associates of Los Angeles to resemble and embellish the adjacent Luckman Theatre.  The facilities design features a structural steel frame system that supports a cantilevered entry and masonry veneer cladding. Construction Group Completed Office Building For The Port of Los Angeles In San Pedro, California.

Construction Group finished a 70,000 square foot Port Administration Building.  The $7M remodel and expansion project consisted of the renovation of an existing three level vacant stucco building. Photographs of this project may be viewed under our Completed Projects link under Offices.

Construction Group Has Completed The New Pomona Facility For PROTOTYPES Women's Center -Outpatient And Dormitory Project.

Construction Group Prototypes, is a non profit organization headquartered in Culver City that provides social services to women in the community who are in need of a helping hand. PROTOTYPES has 24 sites in the Southern California area. This new facility is a one-story structure on a 3-acre site that has been designed to accommodate a future second floor. The design by Tri-Tech Design of Los Angeles is unique because of its "GREEN" components. Some of the "GREEN" products used in the construction were the insulating concrete masonry units called (RASTRA), this system is used in lieu of the standard non-insulating block material. Also used was a Polyurethane Roofing System that has an excellent history of keeping buildings airtight, a synthetic plaster system, and a Epicore Floor Deck system was used.
 
Steton Construction Group has high praise for this Non Profit Organization and was proud to be the General Contractor on this project. A Portion of Steton Construction Group profits on this project were donated back to the PROTOYPES organization.
